Coverage
At Fixed PT, we believe in providing the highest quality, personalized care without the limitations and restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. By operating as an out-of-network provider, patients will receive optimal patient care, and the therapist is not forced to limit the quality of treatment or the time of treatment secondary to insurance company restrictions. Fixed Physical Therapy rates are reflective of the provider's experience and education, competitive in the market, and are not elevated to pay for administrative personnel or billing services. An invoice for services received will be provided at the end of each session, and the patient can submit the invoice to insurance for reimbursement.
